A comfortable and intuitive design that is easy for doctors to use and looks non threatening to patients.
I have designed an easy to use cystoscope handle that is easy for doctors to use and non threatening for patients to see. I call this design the penscope.
The smart grip design enables both left handed and right handed doctors to handle it without slipping. With easy to access valves for efficient control of the inflow and outflow, the penscope allows the doctors for a single hand use. The design allows the doctor to operate the device in both sitting and standing positions.
Even with the compact design of the penscope, it has enough room on the inside to comfortably accommodate all the pipes for the inflow and outflow of water as well as the housing for the optical system.
At the back it comes with 2 lure lock attachments for inflow and outflow as well as a 3 pin socket for the electrical connection. To hold the penscope, you would grip it like a pencil and the penscope fits right into your hand. In this grip position you can easily reach the valve controls using your fingers.
